The business park where our studio is located can easily accommodate 50+ vehicles.
During your rental you can park in the two lined spots located directly in-front of the studio. You can park auxiliary vehicles in the parking lot, so long as the desired parking spot is not marked for someone else, or located directly in-front of another business in the plaza. Parking is first come first serve.
You can park directly in front of the studio roll-up garage door. Please take care not to block traffic in the parking lot.
If you are parking large vehicles that do not fit in a standard sized parking spot, please speak with your Studio Manager to make special parking arrangements.

The studio can be reached within a 15 minute walk from Northfield Dr. E. and King St. N., after connection with Grant River Transit bus lines and LRT.

Many hotels are available within a 5-minute drive from the studio, located either in North Waterloo or the neighbouring town of St. Jacobs.

We’ve been working in the local industry for over 10 years so we have a rolodex of great locations. If your production is looking to compliment your studio booking with some local location shooting, let us know what you’re looking for and we can help you out!

We think our studio is the perfect size for the local market, but we get that sometimes you need a little extra space. Luckily there is extra space available in the business park where our studio is and we can access this space on a case by case basis. If you need extra holding space, raw “studio” space or even some extra outdoor storage space, let us know! We can help you out!

The requirement for permits shooting in the Kitchener-Waterloo region is very minimal. However under certain circumstances permits may be required for location shooting, road access/closures, etc. Let us know what you’re planning and we can let you know how much red tape is involved.

We are happy to offer stills DIT support via our partners at: https://www.basecampdigital.ca/ If you are interested in stills DIT support please reach out to Basecamp Digital directly and tell them we sent you for prefered rates!
